As we shift toward the season of climbing, mountain biking, and kayaking, it is time for you strengthen your shoulders so you can adventure without injury! We will be joined by Chris Peterson, an experienced and NASM certified personal trainer, for an informative and interactive lesson on how to include shoulder mobility and stability in your training program.
